  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other executive teams, such as marketing, product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies and seamless execution.
  7. Team Leadership: Building, leading, and mentoring the business development, sales, and commercial teams to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  8. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Overseeing the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth performance, tracking expenses, and reporting insights to the CEO and board of directors.
  9. Brand Representation: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings, often acting as a key spokesperson in strategic settings.
